Frankfurt, 8 November 2018 – Cornelia Graeber (45) has joined the Frankfurt-based Silverton Group (Silverton) as a Senior Asset Manager. Qualified as a Real Estate Economist (IRE|BS), she will support the seven-strong asset management team from Frankfurt. She is responsible for the management of part of a portfolio of commercial properties with value-add character. Applying her expertise, she will also advise Silverton on business development and acquiring new projects.
Cornelia Graeber reports to Thorsten Leischke, Silverton’s Head of Real Estate Asset Management. Silverton currently has 350 million Euro of assets under management in the real estate sector.
Prior to joining Silverton, Cornelia Graeber worked for more than 13 years as an Asset Manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, in Frankfurt. She specialised in retail and logistics properties in Germany and Poland. She also managed external service providers in the commercial, technical and infrastructural areas, and facilitated the realisation of numerous developments, including the Schloss Arkaden in Brunswick (Braunschweig) and the DHL distribution centre in Bremen.
